That's why we've created this guide: to guide you, step by step, towards a seamless, environmentally-friendly and, above all, satisfying delivery experience. Relax, we'll explain everything.
Preparing and notifying your order
Once your order has been placed with Bocklip, our team prepares it with the utmost care. Once we receive it at our warehouse, your order is checked. As soon as everything is ready, you'll receive an e-mail from us.
This message will inform you that your order is ready for dispatch.
Delivery process by region
Île-de-France
For our customers living in the Paris region, we have set up several delivery rounds throughout the week. When you register, you will be able to select the date of your choice from the slots offered. Our carrier will contact you the day before to inform you of the delivery time. Your order will be delivered to the room of your choice.
Specific regions: PACA, Rhône-Alpes, Northern France
For these regions, we organize monthly rounds. This planning enables us to ensure delivery to these areas while remaining true to our environmental commitments. Once your order has arrived at our warehouse, you'll receive an e-mail informing you of the next delivery date. Our carrier will contact you the day before to inform you of the delivery time. Your order will be delivered to the room of your choice.
Other departments
For departments outside the specified routes, we work with trusted carriers. You will receive an e-mail informing you that this is a pallet delivery. In the latter, we ask you to confirm the delivery address and your contact details. You will receive an e-mail when your order leaves our warehouse. The carrier will contact you within a few days to arrange a delivery date. When our transport partners deliver your order on pallets, it's your turn to take over and bring the items from the pallet to the warm welcome of your home!
Your role on receiving your order
When you receive your order, take a moment to check that everything is exactly as you expected. If there's anything wrong, don't hesitate to tell the deliveryman and make a note of it on the delivery note.
