Little Cabari, the story of two creative women who've been making children and adults dream for nearly 10 years ! 

Alice Ricard and Camille Bazil, the 2 founders of Little Cabari

Launched in October 2013 by two designers who met on the benches of Penninghen school, Little Cabari is a French publishing house in the field of decoration. Camille interior architect, decorator and designer and Alice illustrator and painter have chosen to blend their very different but ultimately complementary fields of expression to design iconic pieces for your home. 

Little Cabari creates fabrics, wallpapers, murals, rugs, decorative accessories and small furniture. There's a lot of bespoke work, both for children's rooms and for poetically inclined adults.

Little Cabari values: creations committed to protecting the environment 

Little Cabari is a brand with great values, which makes a point of producing with environmentally-friendly materials and using short circuits. In fact, 80% of their products are made in France (the remaining 20% in Europe). 

In addition, Little Cabari works with workshops with exceptional expertise, with whom it maintains a relationship of trust and shares the same commitments.

How do you go about creating a motif ? 

If you have a personal project in mind for yourself or your child, the Little Cabari team will help you define it. Timeless classic themes such as nature, animals, flora, fruit and travel will be presented to you. The possibilities are endless! But nothing stands in the way of our designers, who love to take on new challenges.

Alice paints the boards with gouache, which are then digitized, cleaned and isolated so that Camille can compose the motifs and color schemes.

Alice and Camille's tips for a successful nursery decor ! 

To start with, think about the mood you want your room to have. 

Then, when it comes to color, anything's possible - it's just a question of matching! Some are softer, more cheerful and pleasant to live with. It's up to you to decide what suits you best. At Little Cabari, we hardly ever use very strong, intense colors.

For a pretty, harmonious nursery decor, you don't want to go off in all directions! That's why we try to maintain unity by associating colors/patterns that work well together. Bocklip's NCS color chart will help you choose the right color for your dressing room.

Finally, if you want to give a small bedroom a sense of depth, dare to use a mural, and above all, don't be afraid of color !
